Step 2: Create your free user account
Step 3: Enter Code 9002 and select application type
Please do not call the office and ask for a status of the application once it has been submitted. This will inherently slow down the process. Please allow 30 days to process the application once it has been submitted.
Note: You can save and exit the application at any time and continue it at a later time/date by logging back into your account.

A: We are located just west of Military Trail off Camino Real in Boca Raton.
Q: Are you a rental community?
A: No, we are a homeowners’ condominium association.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Yes, we do but we have strict rules regarding pets. Please consult our Rules and Regulations on the Documents page (page 6, item 8) for more information.
Q: Do you have a swimming pool?
A: Yes, we have 2 pools for your enjoyment.
